學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷

謝耘在1986、1988、以及1993年在清華大學(xué)電子工程系，分別獲得學(xué)士，碩士和博士學(xué)位。并獲得1986年優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生及1988年優(yōu)秀碩士論文獎(jiǎng)。 參加工作后，從做產(chǎn)品技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)始，逐步走向管理崗位。先后從事產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)管理，技術(shù)管理，企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理以及投資管理工作。 Yun Xie earned his Bachelor, Master and PhD degrees respectively in 1986, 1988 and 1993 from Electronic Engineering Department of Tsinghua University. He was awarded Outstanding Graduates of Tsinghua University and Best Thesis for Master Degree of Tsinghua University respectively in 1986 and 1988. In his career, he worked on various positions, such as product design engineer, product management, technical management, enterprise business management and M&A.

國(guó)防電子，消費(fèi)電子以及IT產(chǎn)品與IT軟件集成服務(wù)。主持或參與的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)有軍用雷達(dá)，國(guó)內(nèi)第一套電視數(shù)字加解擾系統(tǒng)，國(guó)內(nèi)第一臺(tái)基于Windows Mobile的掌上電腦等。在2002年，獲得國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)。 直接管理的企業(yè)，規(guī)模人數(shù)最多達(dá)到700人。并有管理中美日三方合資企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。成功地讓神州數(shù)碼兩個(gè)軟件業(yè)首次獲得盈利。并根據(jù)自己的經(jīng)歷，在2005年，寫作并出版了《修煉－－我的職場(chǎng)十年》一書，2009新作《成長(zhǎng)》。 Through all these years, the industries he worked in are quite diversified: Defense electronics, consumer electronics, IT product and IT software services. The major product developments he lead or got involved are military surveillance Radar, first local developed TV digital scrambler/disc rambler, first local developed Windows Mobile based Palm size PC. As a result, he was awarded Second National Award of progress in science and technology, in 2002. The scale of the enterprise he once managed had a staff of 700. And his management experience includes managing a Joint Venture of USA, Japan and China. As a GM or CEO, he successfully turned two software companies to be profitable the first time in the company's history. Based on his work experience, he wrote and published a book entitled <Self-discipline---ten years experience of my career>.
